We will incorporate tradition, remix a ritual, create your own symbolic unity custom, or simply focus on the warmth of your love to mark this special moment intentionally.
We’ll be the voiceover to your romance montage, shine a light on all the reasons you grew in love, and manifest your greatest dreams on your wedding day! We can’t wait to bring your story to life, YOUR WAY, on your wedding day!

Ceremony Vision + Love Story Questionnaire

We’ll send you a ceremony vision and love story questionnaire to complete together. We recommend you intentionally plan a date night to complete this questionnaire since you’ll get nostalgic reminiscing over your journey and feel even more connected to one another as you share your love and commitment with us.
Marriage License Guidance

We’ll guide you in obtaining your NYC marriage license through New York City’s Project Cupid portal, remind you when it’s time to complete the application, and schedule your City Hall appointment. In fact, review our blog about it HERE.
Love Story Video Chats

We will send you a personalized link to schedule two 90-minute video chats. During these video conversations, we will clarify your wedding ceremony vision to determine the overall flow of your wedding ceremony and dive into the responses you shared in the questionnaire. We’ll ask additional questions to get a real sense of your personalities, values, and journey so we can honor it with a meaningful ceremony that is SO VERY YOU. The second video chat give us the time and space to finetune your vision, confirm ceremonial logistics, and get introspective about marriage, life, and all things YOU.
Inspiration Strikes

We will send you a recap email after each of our two 90-minute love story video chats to confirm the overall flow of your wedding ceremony. From there, we’ll begin writing your ceremony! Our purpose is to infuse your wedding ceremony with the stories, details, and ceremonial elements that we discussed are important to you and your journey. You’ll say “I DO”, exchange rings, share your own personal vows or your chosen repeat-after-me vows as part of your fully-personalized elopement ceremony.

For our fully-personalized wedding ceremonies, we will send you a ceremony outline that gives you a glimpse into the overall flow and vibe of your wedding ceremony. This outline is ideal for our Type A and Type B relationship duos, offering clarity to ease any anxieties and enough space for you to remain present during your wedding ceremony. Upon review, your feedback will help us finalize your wedding ceremony.
Wedding Day

We arrive at your wedding venue at least one hour early to connect with your wedding vendor team and all your ceremony participants in order to seamlessly guide you towards your first day of married life!
Completion of Legalities
7.
We will accurately complete and promptly submit your marriage license to the correct City Clerk’s Office. We will send a scanned copy of your marriage license via email for our shared records. From there, the City Clerk will mail you your marriage certificate within 4-8 weeks, depending on the time of year your wedding took place. Spring and Fall seasons are their busiest seasons.
